Accessing our website
Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on our website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period. You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to purchase goods from our site. Any purchase made by you using this site is an acknowledgement that:
- you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
- you accept these Terms.
- that your order could be cancelled if you do not comply with these terms.
By placing an order through our site, you are confirming that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You will receive an email from All About Your Home (through the Shopify Service) after you have confirmed and paid for your Order. If you have any questions regarding your Order please contact us by email or through the contact form.
Please note that the order email does not constitute acceptance of your Order but confirms the receipt of your Order. If your Order is not accepted by All About Your Home, we will notify you by email and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you.
We may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any offer made by you for any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, goods or services on the website, or an error of any kind in or relating to your Order.
Any representations made at any time regarding stock availability is accurate to the last known stock level and are subject to change. If we cannot supply any particular products, we will notify you by email (using the email provided during checkout) as soon as possible.
If you are sending your order as a gift, please let me know and we can arrange this for you. Please enter the gift details on the cart page (Special Instructions) or send on your order confirmation email to email@example.com. Please note that by entering the gift recipients address in the shipping address, you are confirming you have permission to share their details with us. Their address will only be used to send the gift directly to their door.
The Gift Voucher is only applicable to be redeemed on this site. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers will be sent by post, there is no shipping cost for this service.
As per the 'Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019', the gift voucher is valid for at least 5 years. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will be cancelled and re-issued if unused, please notify us immediately.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cooling off period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Prices and Payments
All prices shown on our site are in Euros. The product prices do not include any delivery charges and are valid unless amended or removed from the website, they are subject to change at any time. We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over €50, this too is subject to change at any time.
We accept payments through the Shopify Service, this is a secure service and is subject to the Shopify Service terms and conditions and privacy policies. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Delivery & Pick Up
We currently ship all our orders through An Post, this is subject to change. The delivery address must be within Ireland and the order may be cancelled if these terms are not met.
We endeavor to ship out all orders within 2-3 workings days after the order has been placed, if there are any unforeseen delays we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We cannot however accept any responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor however we will work with both An Post and you to get this resolved.
You are required to inspect your products on delivery and you must notify us of any damage or shortages within five (5) days of delivery. We will not be liable for any damage on delivery to any of the goods unless we are notified within the time period specified above. Please review our Returns policy for more information.
The Free pick up service is only available in Killeagh, Co. Cork, Ireland only. If you have selected this option in error, we will get in contact with you to arrange the correct shipping option for your order.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order in the "cooling-off" period, without reason, within 14 business days from the day you received the order. However the order/products must be returned back to us in the same condition as sold, packaging as in 'new' state and you are liable for the cost of returning the order. Please do not send back any order without contacting us first by email.
The items/order must be returned to us within 5 working days once agreed by email. We will confirm receipt of the returned order, we will inspect the products to ensure they are in the above condition and we will then instruct Shopify to make a full refund for the value of the goods - it will be paid via the method of payment used during your purchase.
Personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In the interest of hygiene, cushions cannot be returned unless the packaging remains unopened.
Please note that you are responsible for taking care of the product until they are returned to us.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have rights under our Returns policy whereby we will either replace the product or provide a full refund for the product price paid by you (refunded via the method of payment used during your purchase). This will be agreed between both parties.

Any agreed returns will be paid via the method of payment used during your purchase.
Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE OF OUR SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH OUR SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.
NEITHER OUR SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
This clause is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
The Irish courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our website or any Order placed on the website, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms are governed by Irish law.
If you access the website in a jurisdiction other than Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply. We make no representations that the content of the website complies with the laws of any country outside Ireland.
Events Outside of Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
